How can I import and export results?

The Codeon Multiflo Simulator works well in conjunction with Microsoft Office. Data can easily be exchangedvia Microsoft Excel by using the right mouse button once a Table object in Excel is selected.

How do I install Codeon software?

The steps are:

1. Download .NET Framework 1.1 (if not already installed on your computer).
2. Download and install the Codeon simulator as per setup installation procedure.
3. Type in your PIN and TAN number (license numbers) into the Menu > Help > User Info box. These are sent to you via email.

When I run the application Internet Explorer opens and I am directed to an Microsoft web site.

To run, the Codeon simulator requires the installation of Microsoft .NET Framework Ver 1.1. Please download the .NET Framework installation files from the Microsoft web site and maybe get an IT personnel to assist in installing relevant files, if you feel unsure how to proceed.

When I try to run a calculation, I receive an error message.

First, check that you have installed the software correctly.

Secondly, check that you have a working internet connection.

Thirdly, please make sure you use the valid TAN and PIN license numbers. Check in the "Help" Menu the "User Info" section. TAN and PIN upon purchase, are sent through via email.
